Your Cloud. Your Control. VMs and containers, unified.

HyperNext Enterprise Edition collapses virtual machines and Kubernetes onto one control plane — built on Red Hat OpenShift, deployed in-country, owned entirely by you. One console, one operating model, one bill — replacing the sprawling VMware / Nutanix / Proxmox stack.

A VM is a Kubernetes object — same RBAC, same GitOps, same observability
One platform, one operating model, one bill — not five products stitched together
Open Red Hat / CNCF foundation — no proprietary hypervisor tax, no lock-in

One stack · one platform · one experience

Two worlds, collapsed onto one control plane

For years, virtual machines and containers meant two separate stacks — two consoles, two licences, two teams. HyperNext runs both on one Kubernetes-native control plane: a VM and a pod are scheduled on the same nodes, share the same network and storage, and answer to the same policy.

Unified Workloads

VMs (Linux, Windows, RHEL) and containers (microservices, pods, operators) side by side — via OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) and OKD.

Unified Management

One lifecycle, one policy engine, one automation model — GitOps (Argo CD) and multi-cluster governance via ACM.

Unified Runtime

Hypervisor and container runtime on one scheduler — KubeVirt on Kubernetes places VMs and pods on the same bare-metal nodes.

Unified Infrastructure

Compute, storage, and network from one pool — OpenShift Data Foundation (Ceph) and OVN-Kubernetes SDN serve both worlds.

Unified Security

Identity, network, and compliance as one policy — HyperShield (RHACS) and HyperGuard (ACM) cover VMs and containers alike.

Unified Operations

Observability, backup, and DR from one spine — Prometheus + Loki + Grafana, with tiered backup and one cost engine.

What is HyperNext EE

An open enterprise cloud — not a proprietary trap

Why HyperNext EE

Why teams choose HyperNext

Most private clouds fall short on consolidation, openness, or day-2 operations. HyperNext is designed to stay governed and predictable as you scale VMs and containers together.

No hypervisor tax — open foundation

Every component is upstream open source — KubeVirt, OKD, Ceph, OVN-Kubernetes, Argo CD. No proprietary hypervisor licence, no per-core trap, no forced upgrade path.

Sovereignty that stands up in audits

Sovereign mode for KSA / regulated workloads on your own in-country infrastructure — with immutable fleet-wide audit trails and continuous compliance monitoring via HyperGuard (ACM).

Predictable day-2 operations

Fleet-wide patching and upgrades via ACM, 18 pre-built observability dashboards, and tiered backup — the stack stays healthy after go-live.

Transparent cost economics

A configurable rate card, per-tenant budgets, and real invoices — allocate spend to business units from day one, no CloudHealth licence required.

How we deliver

From discovery to autonomous operations

A blueprint-first delivery model takes you from a VMware estate to a production-ready, self-healing enterprise cloud — with managed services bundled at every stage.

Step 01

Discover

MTV auto-discovers your VMware, Hyper-V, oVirt & OpenStack estate — 330 VMs in a typical eval.

Step 02

Design

Architecture blueprint, sizing, residency mapping, and network/storage integration planning.

Step 03

Migrate

Wave-based MTV migration with pre-flight checks, cutover, and rollback — VMs become K8s objects.

Step 04

Enable

Training, runbooks, GitOps onboarding, and knowledge transfer for your platform team.

Step 05

Operate

Managed services with AI SRE, Tier-1 auto-remediation, and proactive advisories.

Control plane + workload plane

Consistent control across every environment

Governance and operations (the control plane) stay separate from where workloads run (the workload plane) — so you get one consistent operating model across on-prem, regional, hybrid, and air-gapped estates.

Deployment models

Pick the topology that matches your residency and risk posture — the platform is identical across all of them.

01 / on-prem

On-Prem

In your own data centre with full ownership.

02 / regional

Regional

In-region capacity to meet data-residency needs.

03 / hybrid

Hybrid

Blend on-prem with regional capacity.

04 / isolated

Isolated

Air-gapped for the most sensitive estates.

The service catalog you standardise

Inside every topology, a repeatable Cloud7 catalog provisions services without rebuilding anything.

Core infrastructure (IaaS) — KubeVirt VMs, bare-metal, ODF storage, OVN networking
Platform services (PaaS) — OpenShift / OKD, Hosted Control Planes, CI/CD, registry, DBaaS
Security & governance — HyperShield, HyperGuard, RBAC, SSO, audit logs
Operations — observability, tiered backup, DR, lifecycle upgrades, chargeback

Security & compliance

Security & compliance built into every layer

Defence-in-depth without a Carbon Black procurement: HyperShield (RHACS) scans images and catches runtime threats, HyperGuard (ACM) enforces posture fleet-wide, and identity, isolation, and encryption are policy across VMs and containers alike.

// Security by design

HyperShield · RHACS runtime HyperGuard · ACM policy Kubernetes-native RBAC & SSO Encryption at rest & in flight OVN micro-segmentation

// Compliance readiness

CIS Benchmark NIST 800-190 HIPAA Sovereign mode · KSA / regulated PCI-DSS Continuous posture · HyperGuard (ACM)

FAQ

Have any questions?

What exactly is HyperNext Enterprise Edition?
A Kubernetes-native private cloud built on Red Hat OpenShift that runs virtual machines and containers on one control plane. It replaces the VMware / Nutanix / Proxmox stack with a single console, one operating model, and one bill — deployed on your own sovereign infrastructure.
How is a VM a "Kubernetes object"?
Via OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt), each VM is a Kubernetes resource (kind: VirtualMachine). It's governed by the same RBAC as your pods, deployed with the same GitOps (Argo CD), and watched by the same observability — so VMs become Helm-chartable and Terraform-manageable.
How do we migrate off VMware?
The Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) connects to VMware vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, oVirt/RHV, and OpenStack, auto-discovers your estate, and runs wave-based migrations with pre-flight checks, network/storage mapping, cutover, and rollback.
Is my data sovereign and compliant?
Yes. Deploy HyperNext in-country on your own infrastructure with sovereign mode for KSA / regulated markets — with continuous compliance posture across CIS, NIST 800-190, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA via HyperGuard (ACM).
Do you offer managed operations?
Managed services are always bundled — Essential, Advanced, or Premium — from platform ops and patching up to full interactive AI SRE conversations and Tier-2 remediation with approval. iVolve delivers these with Red Hat CCSP backing.
How do we start?
Book a POC. We migrate a representative VM sample with MTV, validate cost and chargeback against your billing reality, confirm GA status for the modules you need, and test the AI tier on your own workloads — so you decide on evidence.
